Taste Notes

Mark Tucker recipe version 1.1 uses home grown Willamette Hops vs. East Kent Golding. Boiled 14 gallons and ended up with 11 gallons into the fermenter due to using 2 boil kettles starting at 7 gallons each. Used 3 packets of Safale 05 yeast.
