Notes

Won 1st place at 2015 Lawnmower Challange - Fearn Ridge Version 1.1 is 16 gallons. Swith to Darkness yeast vs Safale 05, substitute Palouse Pint English base malt - very bad! too bitter and very cloudy. Versoin 1.2 - use normal 2 row, add chocolate malt. TRY THIS AGAIN! Decreased cascade boil hops to 2 oz. Increase Northern Brewet to 2 oz.
