Taste Notes
Very good after it had lagered in the keg by July.Notes
2 tsp CaCl, 1 tsp gypsum. Mash at 151 F. Post boil = 1.050. Pitched at 54. Cooled down to 46. Fast ferment start. First batch in temp controlled freezer. Pulled from refrigeration at Day 6. Put in HVAC room at 72 degrees on Day 6. Day 8 SG = 1.018. Day 11 = 1.012. Began lagering in April 29, 2018.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
