Notes

Very Sweet smell in fermenter. Hope to have a roasted, nutty aftertaste. Recipe has been modified to be more bitter the next batch. 1oz of Willamette and 1 oz of Cascade were used in original. Current recipe has been upped to 1.5 oz each.

Very drinkable!

My version didn't come out at 9% ABV, but still delicious. Malty and slightly sweet with a nice balanced hoppiness. I would definitely brew this again!
