Notes

Mash @ 152 PH @ 20 mins in PH @ first boil PH final OG 1.0 FG. 1.0 Sparge 3.5 gal not 2.7 lactic acid to reduce mash pH and baking soda to increase mash pH cold brewed 2oz of coffee in 12oz of water I use a ratio of 1/4 cup ground coffee to 1 cup of water I roast mine at 170 until the kitchen smells like chocolate. Usually 10 minutes Coffee 4oz of locally roasted medium to dark roast beans to 16oz of water
