Taste Notes

Very good beer. Easy drinking summer brew. Huge hit. It went fast. Brewing this one again. I am going to tweak it a little to see if I can get closer to Spotted Cow.

Notes

Missed the mark a bit on the Spotted Cow. It is close but the original has a little bite in the middle that I can not identify. The WLP029 did not attenuate well. It may have been the heat? I am going to brew this one again with American Ale Yeast WY1056
