Prøve 21/9- Altfor høy SG (1,030). Agitert gjæren ved å tappe om til nytt kar med mest mulig slurry med, samt satt varmere. 25/9 - 0,33liter starter på slurryen fra 2. gen tilsatt. 6/10 - FG på 1,022. Etter eller annet har skjedd på flaska. Gjæring fortsatt til 1,013. Ekstremt karbonert. Ikke infisert. Aldri bruk 540 igjen
