Remove from inventory foretaget. Brygdag: Grundet tidsnød blev der kun mæsket i 50 minutter. Efter lautering, stod urten i 3 timer før kogning. 19/9, 2. fermentering: SG: 7,2P svarende til 1.016Ö, knap nok på target endnu. Skal lige et par point længere ned. Smager godt røget. 27/9, tappedag. 5 partyfade til ølsmagning til julefrokosten, og resten (56) på 0,5 l flasker. FG 6,7P, svarende til 1.013Ö. Rigtig godt ramt. 1 point under target.
