Cut malto 25%, use centenial, no aroma hops, nottingham yeast. Used a little less hop because I had it on hand. Mash temp 155. Ph at 20 min mash 5.29, ph at FWH 5.32. Didn't squeeze, just let it drain. PH 5.16 end of boil. Added strawberry day 5, Short on the puree, 39 oz. Raised temp to 65 day 9, kegged day 11. was able to do a closed transfer. Very clear beer
