Notes

Four Tsarinas er en oppskrift fra BrewYourOwn magasin august 2017. Ølet er vinner av 2017 Drunk Monk Challange i Illinois (571 påmeldte). Dobbelmesking førte til lavere effektivitet. Neste gang må jeg beregne ca. 65% effektivitet. OG ble derfor 1,091 istedefor 1,104 (13 poeng mindre). SG før skylling var 1,110. Brukte to pakker med tørrgjør selv om Beersmith anbefalte 3 og 26g gjær. Totalt tilsatt er 23 g.
