Taste Notes

Post boil: VERY strong hops and distinct sugary taste. The Cane surgar addition will be an interesting trial. This has too much hops. I added a total of 2.5 oz. 1.25 Perle nad 1.25 Hallertau Blanc. at 60/30/15. We will see but it tasted bitter in the post boil.

Notes

Post Boil Gr 1.054.
