Notes
Edited version of Brewdog's diy dog recipe.
Increased hops to make 40 ibu's (original calls for 45) and mashing higher, recipe says 65c
Brewdog use Wyeast 1056 American ale.
(I had Irish ale already available)
Brewdog have this down as 200 ebc, and due to the available grains to BD from their buying power this is possible, on a homebrew scale anything over 80 ebc will be hard to notice and upping grains to max 100 will be fine (this info came from Brewdog themselves)
I swapped dark crystal for muntons crystal 150 as it matched with the dark in beersmith and swapped carafa ii in beersmith for carafa I (like bd recipe) as it matched better with available grains ebc wise
Same goes for hop values/weight in book. They simply can get hold of better quality so require less where we'll need to up the amounts
