Står og gærer .... 7.35 Kg Malt - lige i overkanten til min 25l gryde... 7/2 - 2010 Omstukket -SG 1016 13/2 - FG 2014 24.5 l Flasket med 200g Farin - Venter spændt.. Smagte den efter 1 uge på flasken. - kunne ikke lade være.... Mangler selvfølgelig noget kulsyre, men.. "Toms guld karameller" var min første tanke. Let choko - Let karamel, god blød fylde - fin let humlet eftersmag. - Længes efter næste weekend, hvor jeg må smage igen ;-)
