Notes

Solobryggning med 170 l-verket. Mäsk-pH: 5,4. Chuggern stannade 40 min in i mäskningen. Fick demontera och snurra på impellern så gick den igång igen. 16 dagar: 1,010. I med torrhumlen. Smakar ok. 20 dagar; kallkraschat ena hinken. 23 dagar: fatat första halvan. Start kallkrasch av den andra. 4 v: fatat andra halvan. 1.010 den också.
