8/27 - Brew Day - Pitch late in evening ~9pm
8/31 - 4oz Amarillo, 2 oz Citra, 1.5 CTZ dry hop added. Still fermenting.
9/3 - 2pm - 1.021 hydrometer reading. Shook fermenter to possibly help
9/5 - 9pm - 1.018 @75°F (1.020) so it's moving slightly. Doesn't taste as sweet as previously.
9/7 - 630pm - 1.016 @75°F (1.018). Added second dry hop addition. 2oz Amarillo, 2oz Citra, 1.5 Simcoe
9/9 - 1pm - 1.015 @ 72(1.016)
9/11 - 7pm - 1.013 @ 71.2(1.014)
