Estimated Hop Aromas and Flavors: Mild and pleasant with spicy, herbal tones earthy, herbal lemon, pineapple, geranium, lyche

was supposed to be 7g at 15 minutes, 7g at 10 minutes, 7g at 5 minutes and 7g dry hop. ran out of hop at the 10 minute mark. ( for simcoe and chinook ) post-boil wort was VERY bitter, added 3L boiled water with 250g dextrose to dilute it a bit left ~4-5L of trub in the pot to try to avoid most of the bitterness. Mash pH: 5.53pH @ 27c 1.0470 first batch 1.0200 sparge water 1.0375 pre-boil 1.050 with the dextrose got about 16.5L into the primary, cooled with ice bath
