Starter på 64 grader. Måler 61.5 etter nesten en time. Tar det pent med skylling. 2/7: Bruker BIAB pose til humle. 17 brix etter kok. 1070 / 1072 målt med hydrometer. 48 liter. 6/7: Begynner å dabbe av. Tilsetter ca. 4 liter vann i min dunk. Pluss ca. 150g. Mosaic og ca. 150g. Citra. Skal da havne på ca. 1066.
