The Coconut ShyPA everyone should make!

I follow NewtoHomebrew Tom on YouTube and when made his Coconut ShyPA recipe available I was lucky to find it on brewsmith. Anyone who is interested should checkout his channel for more details on the recipe and brew day.I used this recipe but changed the setup for my BIAB equipment. The numbers were spot on.

I have got to say this is a very refreshing beer and you can instantly smell and taste the toasted coconut flakes but this wasn’t over powering. The hops add a nice bitterness to the flavour and the colour is perfect.
