Notes

water ph 8.3 before grains temp rise at end 12 or greater minutes to 168. put temp higher than 168 to get quicker rise time. post boil volume hot 12.9 plus hoses. after 14 days raised temperature to 65f then slow drop of 1 degree per day 17th day temp to 55f and sg 1.012(troube dump) 18th day temp to 45F troube dump 19th day temp down to 40f 21 days temp down tp 38f and set to 36 f gelatin added 1cup 150f to one package of knox
