Great reception from everyone that tasted it!Notes
on 3/6/17 changed equipment profile to a 60% efficiency with increased boil volume from 7.75gal to 8.25 gal
version 2.1 3/14/17 was adjusted for an initial run on new heated mash tun with RIMS. Ed Hattaway 5 gal RIMS profile was used with brewhouse eff at 60% and trub/chiller loss set at 1.5 gallons.
