i give it a 5 rating simply bc u have the steps added reminding when to drop in chiller and spoon..... simple is best on this style best yeast choice i think but bavarian wheat is also nice gives nice apple and plum notes nstead of banana

LOVE the simplicity of this recipe and the result is great. I'm not partial to Hefe's but my friends are and they agree this is a very drinkable beer with a proper hefe taste.
