Notes
Based on Brulosolophy's exbeeriment, I dropped the hops for DH in the beginning of the fermentation. Worked like a charm.
In a next version I would use less caramel and a lighter one like caramalt o Swaen Cara Belge, probably down to 5%.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
