My brothers friend had tried a marshmallow porter @edcraftbeerfest 2016
He had never tasted the like and had struggled to find anything like it again so asked me to brew it.
Graham liked this version, apparently it was not quite as sweet as he remembered. I thought it was sweet with the lactose and the vanilla coming through. Was it marshmallow? Not so sure but dark malts counter the sweetness.
