Notes

When putting the immersion chiller in the out hose came unattached dumping additional water into the wort. Shutdown and pulled out the chiller, brought back up to a boil for 10m and doubled down on last two additions. Managed to hit target OG. Not sure what this will do to the IBUs and hop flavor/aroma.
