Trying WLP007 yeast and Amarillo for One Eyed Willy, bittering with Magnum
Yeast attenuation set to give about 78% AA for WLP007 at 66C.
Going for 1.009 target, slightly less dry than previously. Not got much recent data on WLP007.
Yeast starter - 2L + 1.6L for 485B cells (442B cells required)
