Notes

25/11/17 Mashed in at 73 instead of 71 Mash shortened to 60mins Stirred 3 times in mash Boil was rigorous. Tried to leave behind hop mess. Left maybe 500ml. OG 1.040 22lt PERFECT! Over 3 weeks fermenting Don't add lemongrass until at least a week in.
