Cold crash at steps to 38 age in keg 3 weeks min steep hops at 170 degrees 30 minutes dry hop 14 days try 90 minute boil next batch still has bitter after taste 6.0 no dry hop change 30 min bitter hop added flame out hops at 170 let sit for 10 min used ice and pump to cool wort 12/23 keg no secondary
