Notes

1. Mash for 75 minutes at 150° F (66° C). 2. Primary fermentation for 7 days between 65 – 68° F (18-20° C). 3. Dry hop in primary after 7 days with 3 oz. (84 g) Galaxy pellet hops, 14% a.a. 4. Crash cool at 14 days at 35° F (2° C) 5. Dry hop cold at 18 days with 2 oz (56 g) Galaxy pellet hops, 14% a.a. 6. Force carbonate with 2.3 volumes of CO2.
