Notes
Strong vigourous 90 minute boil.
Add hops at flameout.
Whirlpool and steep 30 minutes before chilling.
Add 1/2 dry hops to primary 2 weeks in.
Add remaining dry hops after racking.
12/16/12: Added last hops at flameout. Chilled down to 180F then turned water off for 20 minutes before resuming chilling.
