Taste Notes

Awfully cloudy for the style. (Next time try a clarifing agent?) Pretty yeasty. (Probably need a more true lagering stage)

Notes

Mash started at 152, waiting to see if it comes down naturally. brought down to 149 with ice at 15m mark. first runnings 1.043 @ 113F
