Notes

In this batch at one point when bringing heat back up to target mash 66 degrees I forgot to turn the kettle off until it hit 80 degrees. This took 15 minuted so around 10 minutes over 70 degrees. I immediately added cold water to regulate back down to 66. I then did not perform a mash out.
