Notes
Came in at 86% eff after the mash. I removed some beer and added water to get preboil gravity at 1.036. OC turned out low. I think i might have mis calculated the pre-boil gravity after adding the water. Resut will be 4.5 abv. Don't try to water down again this much. Only adjust a little if needed
Fermentation:
Started at freezer @ 9.4c which resulted in beer to be 50f
after 5 days set temp to 10.6c which should bring beer to 52
will set temp to 11.7c 10 days in which will bring it to 54f.
After 15 days took the fermenter out of the freezer for a diacytil rest.
