Taste Notes

V. 2.0: Left it in yeast cake in the keg. Oct 10 starts to taste weird. V 3.0: winged the Vienna malt. 7 days in fully attenuated and taste very light. Could use more late hop additions and more malty character. V 4.0 upped the late additions. Tastes kind of weird. Strong yeast off flavour. Very sweet, use less chloride, axe caramel malt. Less salt overall. Nice mouthfeel from high chloride content. Keep yeast super happy next time. Use camden tablets. Added 3lbs strawberries to 10l of beer. After 1 day it tastes amazing! Mashed strawberries by hand and conditioned at 36f.
