Notes

Original recipe "Smoked Porter - Brewing Classic Styles (1.2)" from Beersmithrecipes website. Made lots of substitutes with hops and grain based on ingredients we had. 8 Serrano peppers, 4 at 60 min 2 seeded and 2 with, 2 seeded at 15, 2 with seeds dry hop (1 per 5 gal batch).
