Uncarbonated sample: Pure orange juice, very citrusy
30 Psi for 18 hours
6/25/2017 First pour: Juicy, pretty mild. Alcoholic on the nose, slightly in the taste. Somewhat fruity - flavors still muted.
6/26/2017 Still slightly alcoholic on the nose, have to swirl and try to pull it out. Some fruit notes, very mellow. Slightly fruity, mostly OJ.
6/27/2017 Alcohol on the nose slightly still, a little more fruity, more lemon/citrus starting to show, though very faint.
7/01/2017 Lemon/Lime taste and smell, hint of berries
