3/14/17 Tuesday .5 oz Dry hop of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe - Krausen had dropped a bit.

3/26/17 Sunday Big berry/fruity notes, wheat - fruityness more so from yeast.
3/27/17 Monday Mellowed out some, very subtle flavors - beer is green, changing drastically.
3/28/17 Tuesday Slightly Fruity, some wheat coming through - very drinkable
3/29/17 Wednesday Much more fruity from the mosaic, yeast esters showing some fruity flavors as well, wheat still present
3/30/17 Thursday Mosaic Citra combo showing up big, juicy fruit flavors great aroma, citra coming through nicely (not overpowering). Yeast esters and wheat present in background.
3/31/17 Friday Big juice bomb with citrus, berries, wheat and yeast esters for a magical combo, best beer to date.
4/01/17 Saturday Wombo Combo of citrus/fruit/berries getting bigger presence in beer. Getting the cellarmaker signature flavors from this hop combo.
4/03/17 Monday Big flavors as described before, beer is getting better with bigger hop flavors and aroma

4/10/17 Monday Flavor slightly dropping off, seems it hit its peak and is declining.
4/15/17 Saturday Flavor falling out rapidly, quite a bit of flavor loss. Profile is still somewhat citrusy, but not much.
