77.78 mash efficiency 02/20/17 - Monday - Brew day 02/23/17 - Thursday - Dry hopped 1oz Nelson, 2 oz Galaxy with visible fermentation acitivity. 02/26/17 - Sunday - Dry hopped 1oz Nelson, 4 oz Galaxy after fermentation had stopped 03/01/17 - Wednesday - Cold Crash 03/03/17 - Friday - Kegged 03/11/17 - Saturday - Taste Notes: Big Nelson flavors, melon, grape, citrus. Aroma is huge citrus from the Galaxy hops. Soft, slightly creamy mouthfeel. Very hazy.
