Notes
69.06 Mash efficiency
01/25/17 (Wednesday) Brew day + Pitch
01/30/17 (Monday) Checked gravity, was at FG ---------Taste notes: Strong Nelson Sauvin flavor, super juicy/fruity and dankness from columbus - mosaic berry on the backend. Super Dry.
01/31/17 (Tuesday) Dry hop 3 days.
02/03/17 (Friday) Started cold crash
02/04/17 (Saturday) Fined with gelatin
02/06/17 (Monday) Kegged ---------Taste Notes: Hop flavor subdued, malt presence showing up biscuity/toasty.
02/07/17 (Tuesday) Taste Notes: No hop flavor, big toasty malt flavor - Kind of worried now.
02/08/17 (Wednesday) Taste Notes: No hop flavor, Maltiness has died a little. Boring and bland.
02/09/17 (Thursday) Taste Notes: No flavor at all, carbonation is starting to show itself
02/10/17 (Friday) Taste Notes: Slight hint of columbus peaking through in flavor and more so in aroma.
02/11/17 (Saturday) Taste Notes: Mild fruity flavors emerging, definitely Nelson and mosaic, columbus in the background.
02/20/17 (Monday) Taste Notes: A little more fruity, Columbus and Victory malts have a strong presence.
02/26/17 (Sunday) Taste Notes: Strong Columbus, Victory in the background. Hard to detect Nelson, Mosaic or Galaxy, Definitely too much Columbus.
03/09/17 (Thursday) Taste Notes: Burst of melon and fruit, great aroma, lots of nelson in the nose and flavor - still too much columbus.
03/11/17 (Saturday) Taste Notes: Lots of melon, fruit, some citrus - strong nelson flavors/aroma, columbus still lingering.
Fermented @ 67 - Hit FG (1.010) and still had krausen, dropped temp to 64, krausen dropped and beer flocced. Checked after 5 days. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
