Taste Notes
Light, crisp, smooth berry flavor, faint hint of citrus (barely).
Flavors are fairly mild, nothing bold stands out.
Dry finish with either the golden promise showing through at the backend or the hops, almost bready/yeasty.
Very faint columbus aroma - didnt come through that well.
Fermented 1 week, added 1st round of dry hops 4 days into fermentation, 2nd round 3 days after 1st round, kegged 3 days after 2nd round.
Week 1 after kegging: Bitter, Pure hop oil juice, Too green.
Week 2: Flavors starting to come through, tastes great, mellow flavors. Seems green still.
Week 3: (bottle) Flavor really popped, big bright berry flavors, definitely its peak.Notes
Add columbus or another hop with a dank/pine profile to compliment the fruity/berry flavors.
Ariana and Callista are pretty redundant and overlap flavors, hard to tell which is which.
Maybe try Columbus, Centennial or Chinook + Ariana/CallistaThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
