Notes

Brewed on Sat April 6. Refract read 1.073, but appears to be .004 off (high) so actual OG might have been 1.069. Bottled on May 4. Refractometer was indeed too high, so OG was likely 1.069. Did an old-school hydrometer reading, my first in 6 months? which read 1.012. Refractometer read 1.033 uncorrected, so 1.011 corrected (using OG of 1.069). Primed to 2.45 volumes, I was aiming for 2.6 but ended up getting more into my bottling bucket than expected.
