So very malty and tasty.Notes
1.5 tsp CaCl, 100% Rob tap water. Mash at 151. FG = 1.050. 95 degrees outside during brew session. Brought temp down to 80 and put in refrigerator overnight prior to pitching yeast. Moved to HVAC room for diacetyl rest on July 26, 2018. Started lagering on July 29, 2018. Kegged August 19.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
