Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give about 80% AA for WLP002 at 65C. 1.008 FG so OK if it doesn't quite make 80%. Gelatine added to FV: 3 teaspoon in 250 ml water. >315ml yeast slurry for 440B cells. Mr Tasty water.
