Notes
Mash/Sparge: Mash per usual - sparge w/ 120F water to help drop temp into kettle
Yogurt: Mix yogurt into sanitized bucket w/ warm wort.
Spices:
Salt: mix in a small bucket with hot wort from kettle - use face shield and goggles to pull sample
Gently crack and heat coriander on skillet, just until browing barely starts - just before adding to kettle.
