Awesome crisp summer ale
by ChrisonorgeTurns out Galena's taste and aroma compliment Citra very well. I have typically mashed at the lower end of the scale to give a drier, crisper finish. Brewed this for myself as a thirst quencher while slaving over the BBQ, but my wife has since tagged this as her new favourite.
