Notes
Will split 10 gallon batch 2 x 5 gallon batches. Will add 10lbs of mangos to one batch and 10 lbs of mangos and Home made Habanero extract to the other. (6 peppers or 1/4 cup de-seeded and chopped and soaked in 1/4 cup everclear for a week 1/4 ) I am going for the mango habanero flavor and mild heat. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
