Taste Notes

v1.0: Initial Test brew v1.1: COntinue with Raspberry. Water and pH adjustments, Doubled Pepper corn (11g). v1.2: Too carbonated ...reverting to 2.5Vol v1.3: Increased to 15g Pepper seed

Notes

- Added Candi Sugar at the start of boil - Yeast is slow ... make sure to wait until it is completely fermented to avoid over carbonation ... 3 weeks made the FG drop from 1.013 ish to 1.006
