Notes
Brewed on 2/20. Mashed at 152 after being low - 149 - added a kettle of boiling water. Left the mash fro 2.5 hrs then ran off 3.25 gallons, added 4 gallons to sparge got 6.75 gallons in total, some water left in grains. Boiled for 60 mins added hops etc as directed. Checked OG got 1.060.
