Taste Notes

Nice citra hop in the nose. Strong bitter hop flavor in taste. Semi-cloudy with slight off flavor. Cannot not identify off flavor.

Notes

Dry hopped for 4 days with: 1 ounce of Citra hops 1 ounce of Simcoe Refractometer reading when kegging = 6 Carbonated at 17 psi for 4 days
