Taste Notes

v1.0: - Vedlig god ... ingen justeringer v1.1: Doblet mengden Lime og Sitron skall og saft V1.2: Reduserte gjæringstemp til 23 DegC V1.3: Adjusted for Grainfather and reduced Mash temp from 65->64 DegC v1.4: Adjusted Water to Balanced. Too Sweet !! Increased Bitterness by 5 IBU, Adjust Mash pH to 5.2, reduced Mash Temp to 63Deg C, Reduced Fermenter Temp to 22 v1.5: Increased Masht time at 63 DegC with 15 minutes due to efficiency on Grainfather. Incrased Lemongrass addition with 15 ish % due to use of Hop bag to avoid clogging of the GF filter

Notes

Lemongrass tips fra Nøgne Ø.: 3g per Liter tilsettes ved endt koking. En annen som har prøvd har tatt halvparten ved 15 min koking og resten ved kokeslutt. Appelsinskall kan også tilsettes for å få litt mer sitrus smak.
