Taste Notes
This is pretty good, albeit young. Brewed a month ago and a peppery, green apple with slight banana aroma. A little alcoholic in the finish, but I may have raised the temp too quick. Would brew again, maybe with 1 more malt to add complexity.
Yeast strain t-58 and I feel it worked the style pretty well.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
